Please note that the unlimited offers are subject to Fair
Usage Policy. Orange does this to ensure that all users enjoy a perfect,
high-quality speed. Your speed will therefore be capped if you exceed a certain
volume of downloads but your connection is still maintained.
The bundles offers are pretty good since otherwise you will
be charged Ksh.4 per MB.
There are various ways to subscribe to these bundles, two of
which I will mention:
Option 1 – Buy the
bundles through your phone, that is, remove your SIM card from the device and
put it in your phone to buy the bundles.
Option 2 – logon to
the orange site www.myaccount.orange.co.ke
to buy the bundles. If you are not sure of your password or have forgotten it,
you could request for a new one by selecting “Forgot password” and follow the
steps. It takes a short time to do this. You need to have an internet connection
when doing this. Sometimes people have had a hard time with this option. Here
is what I mean;
You have say 500 bob of airtime in
your SIM card and would want to purchase 500MB. When you connect the device to
purchase, since you need the internet, you are charged at Ksh4 per MB. So by
the time you access the site, your airtime has reduced to, say Ksh.498. You
will not be able to buy the 500MB.
What you would want to do is try to have at least Ksh.10 extra to
access the site and purchase the bundles for Orange Internet Everywhere 3G.
